The UCC27524P is built for rugged performance. Each of its two independent channels can natively deliver a massive 5A source and 5A sink peak current. For demanding loads requiring even faster turn-on times, both channels can be connected in parallel to function as a unified 10A driver. With an ultra-low propagation delay and industry-leading 7ns/6ns rise and fall times, this IC minimizes switching losses, paving the way for smaller, cooler, and more power-dense systems.

Designed with system robustness in mind, the UCC27524P features input pins that can comfortably withstand negative voltages down to -5V. This shields your control circuitry from dangerous ground-bounce noise common in high-current switching layouts. Additionally, separate active-high enable pins provide precise, independent control over each channel. With built-in Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) to keep outputs safely low during power-up, and an easy-to-solder through-hole PDIP-8 package, this RoHS-compliant driver simplifies prototyping and heavy-duty manufacturing alike.
